Nice space between campsites, but understand there is no tall vegetation here to create a buffer in the desert. It's a wide open expanse of sky and desert views that will not disappoint most adventure seekers. Easy quick access to clean hot showers 1.5 miles away at the RV park bath house.

I loved my stay here, the place was exactly as described and Melanie did a great job providing instructions to the location, HIGHLY recommend this place if you’re looking for a cool place to stay near Big Bend!
Absolutely loved staying here! Great views, quiet location, and we will definitely be coming back. The stargazing hammock was also an amazing addition to our stay!

Can’t beat the view! This place was lovely. The host was great, the only thing that I was surprised about was how close the other campers were to me. I need complete privacy, so if you’re the same way, just know that people will be able to see you and you them. There are hiking trails close by if you search Indian head trail. The tent, fire pit, cooler and cots made the place cozy and gave me everything I needed. Great place to camp!
