My parents experienced was great. Pros: -walking distance to SM City Cebu -accessible to public transportation (grab, taxis) -Has Netflix -Aircon is perfect But the faucet is leaking, no tissues in the toilet room. There are smalll roaches. Room is kinda old..

The host is very considerate, despite of the re-scheduling we made (3x) . Responsive to our messages. We really felt at home during our 3 days stay. The place is convenient, especially to us with a kid, as you just need to walk to go to the mall to buy stuffs, and foods, walking distance to banks, and etc. Well recommended, worth the price, hope to enjoy the pool next time, as we are not able to maximize it during our stay due to limited time 😊
