The place is located in Girivan & is nice, secluded & private. We were three friends who wanted to connect over drinks & dinner. During checkin the caretaker was unwilling to open the 3rd bedroom. We spoke to the owner who said that since we were just 3 people we should accomodate in 2 bedrooms. We had booked a place specifically with 3 bedrooms to sleep independently & not be disturbed by each other's snoring. Upon explaining this the owner agreed to open the bedroom but mentioned that we will have to vacate it by 8am since there are guests arriving. This was a surprising news to us as this was before checkout time. When I pushed back the owner insisted that it is okay since it is the owner himself who will be coming. In the morning the owner arrived with his family. This was irritating as we were three bachelors and were uncomfortable around ladies after a bout of late night drinks. We cancelled breakfast & exited immediately. This is not acceptable behaviour and left a bad taste.

It's an amazing and secluded space! very nicely designed! amazing garden and lighting! very responsible host! The caretaker of the property also helped us with everything and food was amazing prepared by him

A peaceful getaway very close to pune and mumbai, a bungalow in a gated residential region with proper security completely secluded. After passing the security gate it's around 15 mins drive on ghats to reach the place. The caretaker and Milind were very responsive in instructing and helping out with food and all the amenities. The place was quiet, natural, and the roads around are quite calming to take a walk. You will not get any shops around this bungalow, you have to go out of the gates to market. So make sure you pack everything on the way. Planning to book again soon

it's an excellent place to stay with family, Ramcharan the care taker was very helpful and the food was just awesome. Especially the barbeque you must try. The only thing I felt a bit more maintenance is required on the garden area, it can be due to the rainy season. but overall a great experience and you can feel the nature.
