We did have trouble finding & connecting with Giuseppe at first, but it was totally our fault due to a failing phone battery. It was raining & we were panicked, but Giuseppe took the initiative to call us after a delay in communication, and he said he would come find us. (Very Proactive in making sure that things went well.) He then walked to where we were to escort us to our place (Because we weren’t able to access our email with the address). Once we got settled, his kindness continued as he insisted on escorting us to a wonderful, nearby restaurant, even though it was quite late. He even enlisted the help of his adult son to come help and insure an older woman with mobility issues would not have any problems. The caring and concern that Giuseppe showed for his guest was truly above and beyond the call of duty! He was also quick to answer any questions that came up via text. The Apartment was clean and neat with partial views of the water. I would highly recommend this place!!😃

Location was great with good access to the heart of Sorrento! The place was comfortable with nice beds. Giuseppe helped set up a private driver from the Naples airport and set up an Amalfi coast tour and a Pompeii tour which were excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

2 comments. 1. Excellent place. Lovely apartment. Giuseppe could not have been more helpful and responded immediately to any enquiry. Great place to stay. Easy walk from the station: handy for Pompeii and Herculaneum. Would recommend the apartment to anyone. 2. I was confused by a last minute request to pay €120 “for cleaning” as well as a per night tax. My understanding was that the AirBnB price paid was an agreed price with no hidden charges. I checked with the Air BnB Resolution Centre which confirmed that there must be no hidden charges. I therefore did not pay the cleaning charge although I did leave cash to cover the claimed tax. If AirBnB contact me and tell me that I should have paid the extra charge then I will do so, but this seemed and area of uncertainty. I note that previous guests have made the same comment so I am not clear if this issue is being addressed by Air BnB. None of this detracted from our visit or enjoyment of what was a first class apartment.
