Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We had four families, two of them with kids, and the house was large enough to fit all of us. The open kitchen space was the best amenity in the house and the pool area was great for our needs. The area was nice and we met some of the neighbors, who were friendly and welcoming. The only thing that was odd for us as experienced Airbnb users was the amount of signs and rules posted throughout the house. I understand there was likely an experience that necessitated the usage, but it felt excessive. When speaking with neighbors, they shared that past visitors also thought it perhaps overly restrictive, e.g, no pool after dusk. The neighbors indicated that it was not an issue and that plenty of guests had used it after dark. On-street parking was also forbidden per the rules, but many of the neighbors parked on the street and said it was a non-issue. Again, likely a past experience resulted in the signs, and other than that, it was a nice stay.

We had a great time. Granddaughters loved the pool and we enjoyed it as well. Quiet community and close to the beach. We will be back.

This home is perfect for a family gathering. Plenty of room to spend time together, also space for privacy. The kids loved the pool so when we weren't running around, they had that to enjoy. The firepit and smores were also nice. Definitely recommend this place for a big family gathering. Everything you need, you will find here.

Clean, well maintained property. Convenient to beach and town.
