An amazingly wonderful experience from the very beginning! The house is super cute with EVERYTHING, like no exaggeration! Better than described and host was super responsive! Will literally see if it’s available every time we need a getaway, THANKS!!!

The house was a great location directly on a beautiful beach. It was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We had troubles with the grill and Mark was quick to respond, even on a holiday. The stairs had a baby gate which was helpful for our young family reunion. The a/c was nice and cold and there were extra fans as needed. The water pressure wasn’t great but the beds were comfy and there was an extra fridge downstairs which was a definite bonus! Publix was about 1 mile away and downtown is just over the bridge. We had the best time and hope to return in the near future!

Had a wonderful time with my family of 9 for kids spring break! So nice to have awesome views and to be able to walk right out to the water. Plenty of room inside for adults and kids to enjoy. Would definitely go again to this house! Donna Youmans

Mark was a great host, always responding within an hour to questions leading up to the trip. The house itself was perfect for our needs, situated on a beautiful stretch of beach free from multi-unit or other such commercial properties. The location was perfect in that respect but still only a 10 minute drive to St. Augustine with lots of restaurants and other things to do. Would not hesitate to rent this property again.
