Home is just as pictured. Very impressed with the cleanliness and by far the cleanest AirBnB we have rented. Both Jaclynn and her Husband are very friendly. The proximity to beach is wonderful. Yes, literally a minute walk away to private access and the beach feels private with very little population of people. Proximity to downtown is wonderful as well. The welcome gift is a nice welcoming touch. Definitely recommend a stay here and we will return as repeat renters!

We really enjoyed staying at Jaclynn’s place. It's in a very quiet area close to the ocean with refreshing ocean breeze. Very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, amazing jacuzzi in the backyard and TV's on every room. Highly recommend!

Jaclynn’s place was outstanding! Exceptionally clean with a kitchen that had everything. It was spacious and the location was ideal. She was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. The neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic. A perfect place for my family of 6 adults to gather and enjoy the beach and St. Augustine. Just far enough away from the crowds, but close enough so you don’t have to drive too far to sightsee. Such a great experience and such a superstar host.
