This place is just good for the soul - moments from the beach, almost complete privacy, everything you need in the house itself. Honestly you’ll have competition for future long weekend bookings from me!

The setting is spectacular and the house has a very welcoming feel and great ambiance. It was perfect for our extended family getaway. As the furniture and decor are fairly robust, I wasn't on tenterhooks supervising small children or worrying about breaking something fragile. As so many other reviewers have pointed out, Robert is an outstanding communicator. In all, we had a fantastic week away in a very comfortable home that has everything you need for a beach getaway with a magical setting.

We had a fabulous stay at Robert's quaint, functional, airy, roomy and very comfortable home in Rosedale. Having access to a private beach from the house made it so easy to just settle in and relax without having to go anywhere. Well set up kitchen, comfortable beds, beach basics available (umbrellas, boogie boards) and an outdoor shower with hot water! Other beaches were within a short walk or drive, and Batemans Bay not far for supplies. Being dog friendly was such a bonus, and our pooches had a great time too. Views to die for. Thanks Robert!
