Nalin is a great host!! The place is located right at the heart of Hauz Khas Village, there are definitely a lot to do outside within HKV itself. But even when you’re not you can see the fort and a beautiful sunset right from the comfort of your room. Pradeep ji was always ready to help us out with immediate needs. Go for it!!

Nalin’s caretaker was there to greet us … at midnight and run us through everything. Food had been organised by Nalin for us due to our late arrival time … something we had not requested, but very much appreciated. The next morning Nalin was there to introduce himself and assist with any of our needs with good English spoken. Lovely fresh fluffy towels and clean crisp bed linen. Tea, coffee, milk provided, and a room which was tastefully decorated. We found Nalin and his caretaker extremely responsive and super helpful, nothing was a problem for them. I would 100% recommendation this accommodation and would most definitely stay here again.

I have been a guest at Nalin's before and he is an excellent host. The place is slam dunk in Hauz Khas, right next to the old fort. It is a very nice and compact flat. The staff—Pradeep, in particular—is very wonderful and has been extremely kind in letting in check in early and helping with luggage etc. when it comes to both check in and check out.

For anyone wanting a central place with lots in close vicinity this is ideal. Not too far from the train. We used it for 3 nights while we went to Taj Mahal for a one day visit. The apartment has comfortable bed with small kitchenette, could easily stay longer. We had the downstairs apartment which can be a bit noisy esp on a Sat night but it did not bother us too much. Nalin was always responsive to any requests before we arrived and his caretaker looked after us once we were there. Highly recommend.
