We had a wonderful stay at Beth’s home. Beth was extremely responsive and helpful. The home is beautiful and even had a bunch of kids toys for our three year old to play with. The view from the upper level deck is fantastic. Nothing but great things to say about our weekend at Davis Park.

Beth was very responsive to all communication. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The house Is located about a five minute walk from the Davis Park ferry and a short walk to the ocean. The area was very quiet and peaceful. There were beautiful views of the bay from the top deck. There was an additional outside fridge and an outside shower on the bottom deck. The house had everything that we needed from beach chairs to umbrellas to coolers and wagons to bring everything to the beach. The queen beds were very comfortable and there was planets of solace for all of the guests. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone!!

Can't say enough about what a great host Beth is and how beautiful her place is. My wife and I have stayed at homes in many parts of the world. This one will always be among our favorites. Thank you Beth for making our family feel so welcome. We had a wonderful time and made memories that we will always cherish!

Everything you can expect at a fire island beach house and more! Living room & deck with amazing views! Plenty of towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas... honestly can't think of anything you'd need at the beach that the house didn't have. Beth is an extremely attentive and gracious host! Wonderful time had by all!
