Excellent hosts! Beautiful house in the Pines, would definitely visit again!
Martin’s place was as described, if not better. The house felt like stepping into a friend’s vintage gay fire island home with plenty stories to tell. A Judy Garland vinyl was playing on a record player when we arrived ☺️. Everything worked and was clean. Newer appliances, three full bathrooms, clean swimming pool, nice hot tub, warm outdoor shower, newer clean grill, and well maintained decks. The outdoor area and pool were private and well screened from other houses and boardwalks. Wifi worked well for work from home. The upstairs bedroom was very private and had two rooftop decks leading off of it. Martin was EXTREMELY responsive and answered all our questions. Check out instructions were very clear and reasonable and in line with FIP rentals. Location is a bit far from the ferry but the plus side is it’s an easier walk to cherry grove and the beach is more private. Would stay again.
We had such a lovely week staying here! The house is wonderful, the location is perfect, and it was so special to connect with nature, our friends, and each other! Thanks guys for a fantastic rental!
Mart’s place was great. They clearly take care of their home and property - it was clean and well maintained. Super private too, especially the roof decks. Great location as well - 2 min walk from the beach, 10 min walk from the dock. They provided detailed instructions and videos with everything we’d need to know during our stay and were extremely responsive and helpful throughout. 5 stars for sure - only note would be that you should bring your own towels, we found the ones that were supplied to be way too small/thin, but no biggie.
Had an amazing stay at Martins house. It was such a nice place for a getaway from the city. The pool was great, and there was so much space to hang out and chill at the house, across two upper decks, the pool, lower decks, and even back patio. Thanks for being a great host.
