We had a blast at Dan and Caroline’s beautiful sanctuary. The house’s design features some of the best relaxation zones from the multiple decks to the enclosed porch. The house is spectacular. Such an unique beautiful design! It was very clean and well kept. Communication with Dan made everything easy and we really appreciated amenities that allowed us to enjoy the area such as the beach cart and other gear and being able to use the speakers to play music (among many other things). The interior design was beautiful. We really enjoyed the enclosed porch with our babies. the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with anything you’d need for a meal (knives, plates, glasses, lobster gear).

The house was beautiful, a fantastic location, and very clean! Dan was a great host and replied very quickly to any questions we had. We had a wonderful time at his beautiful home!

We had such an idyllic week at Dan & Caroline's home in Wellfleet. We've stayed in many homes throughout the lower Cape, and this one was our favorite. Best parts: the location is so close to everything (Wellfleet center is just a few minutes drive away with all of it's great restaurants) but it still feels remote due to the peaceful marsh. I'm not a morning person, but I loved waking up early and having a coffee on the deck each morning to enjoy the birds. Speaking of decks, there are so many it's impossible to enjoy them all! The home is so comfortable, we spent many nights enjoying games on the screened-in porch, and 6 of us were more than comfortable watching a movie in the upstairs living room. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and making coffee. The home is beautifully decorated with gorgeous artwork throughout. Beds were all great and nice & cool during our hot week. The beach is just a short walk down a few quiet roads and it quickly became our new favorite bay beach for swimming. We were so grateful for the use of the beach gear and the wagon to pull it in. I couldn't come up with any need for improvement; this was a perfect week for our family of 4 and 2 friends. We'll definitely book again.

My family and I usually stay “Ocean front” but seriously- the view from Dan’s beautiful home far surpasses anything I have ever experienced! The relaxation and melting stress you’ll feel is miraculous as you watch the Great Blue Herons and birdlife right in front of you! And Dan is the best with communication - ALWAYS available. The house is well equipped and comfortable. (The artwork is fabulous!) My family walked/biked to the nearby bay beaches and we took the quick drive to the ocean. A really fantastic week in a perfect setting with the help of a top notch host! Thank you so much!
