We’ve been staying at this location for over 50 years. The recent updates that were made in the cabin(s) were wonderful and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We will most definitely be returning and look forward to it.

We had a great family vacation at Jack! It was clean and well organized. I would say that they did not have the sleeper sofa prepared for our large family of 9. This problem was quickly resolved with a vacuum and extra bedding. Jack was also missing an iron and blow dryer that was listed in the amenities. Summer dropped these items off personally the very next morning. Over all, we had a great time! We enjoyed the pool, tram, and boating off the private dock! We look forward to returning to The Villager Resort in the future. *The tram was the best feature for our family. We love Lake Cumberland, but it can be difficult getting down to the water with a 9 year old child that can not walk. -the Gorskis!

My family of 6 loved our stay in the Jack house at Villager Resort. We’re boating people who would usually rent houseboats, but this was the next best thing. Everything was nicely kept and clean, and worked perfect for our size of family. One of the highlights was the tram to get down to the private boat slips. We even met Summer’s husband the one day, who lended us a hand catching our boat as we were docking. The dock and steps were nicely lit at night when we came back from a night cruise. The kids loved being able to go to the pool and arcade room when I was busy getting things ready in the morning or making supper at night. The road in the resort was wide enough to park our Excursion and boat trailer right outside the house. We were so thankful that the resort was right off of 90 and we didn’t have to drive down some crazy, winding, narrow roads to get to it.

We went here for a short fishing getaway. The home was located on the river. It was interesting to take the tram down to the river. The pool was a big hit with the kids. And the location wasnt far from anything. We would definitely stay here again.
