A lovely, peaceful location to visit. Brandon was very quick to respond. Plenty of Places to gather or to enjoy solitude. Clean and well kept. Thank you Brandon and family for opening your home for others to enjoy.

Brandon was great to communicate with. The house was a good size for my group. Quiet neighborhood was good and nice to walk around. A few improvements with supplies could be improved, especially in the kitchen . The kitchen was lacking in supplies…no dish rags and there were only 2 dish towels. I was highly disappointed there was no blender to make my daily protein shakes. There were only one set of towels per bathroom, so we had to wash towels daily. The kids were disappointed that the arcade shooting game did not work and the darts did not stick in the board. The pool table was a great success. The fireplaces both worked great. The hot tub worked, but will probably need to be replaced soon. All and all we enjoyed our stay. One of the best things is how well Brandon responded to any situation or question.The check in and out was really easy.

Overall we had a great stay! Pros- The space was larger than we realized, basement was big and kids loved the pool table, arcade game, and candy machine. Extra living area was great as well. The loft area was large and had more than enough space for the kids to spread out. Whole space was very kid-friendly. Boat launch was a huge bonus, we brought kayaks and it was very easy to launch. Outdoor space was great- hot tub, fire pit, screened-in porch, fire pit, corn hole, and blackstone. We brought kids’ scooters and they loved going around the community. Cons- The location was a bit further out of town than we realized, so be aware that it takes about 15 minutes to get to the main road. Drive is narrow and windy but very pretty. There seemed to be a sewage issue, and at times the outdoor space had a bad odor. I let the owner know and he said he said he would address the issue. There aren’t a lot of towels, so make sure to bring beach towels for hot tub (which is recommended).
