L’appartamento è molto confortevole, accogliente e caratteristico. Si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa a pochi passi dal centro storico di Cortona. Carlo e Natascia ci hanno accompagnati all’appartamento facendoci parcheggiare vicino. Ci hanno fornito consigli preziosi per rendere piacevole il nostro soggiorno: dai luoghi da visitare a dove andare a mangiare. Disponibili e attenti. Siamo stati proprio bene! Lo consigliamo!

One of the reasons we booked this apartments was the 5* rating Carlo and his family had. We can confirm that both the hosting and the property are definitely 5*. Carlo and his daughter met us at a local car park and directed us to the apartment which is itself well appointed and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable which is unusual for Italian airbnbs. We were there in February and the heating worked well and kept the apartment warm. Shower and hot water similarly good. Kitchen well appointed and easy to cook in Carlo was extremely responsive to any questions we had. His communication was excellent which made for a very easy stay. Before we arrived he sent us recommendations for restaurants and places of interest. We happen to know Cortona very well and the places and restaurants he suggested were all ones we know and enjoy going to so if you are unfamiliar with Cortona, do follow his suggestions. Thank you Carlo, we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Padroni di casa molto gentili, educati e disponibili. Carlo e sua famiglia sono stati bravissimi, gentilissimi! Ci hanno fatto sentirsi a casa. Tutto impeccabile, localizzazione ottima, perché vicino a tutto però in una via molto tranquilla, dove si dorme bene. I letti molto comodi, lenzuola pulita, cuscini nuovi. Tutto impeccabile. Carlo & Natascia were fantastic and this has been one of the best air bnb’s we have ever been to. They took care of us from the moment we arrived to Cortona to the moment we left. They were always available, and they had excellent recommendations for local places. Cortona is beautiful, and we can never get enough. Be warned it is a steep incline for the hill, but that was always perfect for us to work off our full stomachs. Can’t recommend this place enough, they treated us like family, and they have a wonderful family as well. We will be back in the future!

This adorable two bedroom was perfect for me (Dina) and my sister! Note Cortona is a very hilly town so be prepared with excellent walking shoes to venture around this quaint city. Within the ancient etuscan walls you have plenty of restaurants, shopping, people watching and history to explore. Thursday evenings there is free wine tasting in the square. You can book the wine, dine and shine experience if you’d like a 5 star dinner for 55 euro and wear gorgeous jewelry from a local jeweler! Sooooo fun! Carlo was an excellent host from start to finish! Always responsive and ready to help us make plans. He greeted us at the train station with his lovely daughter Chiara and made sure we got into the apartment and showed us around. He assisted with booking a couple reservations and our cab back to the station when we left. He made excellent suggestions for things to do nearby too. Would 1000% return to their adorable air bnb!
