We got to check-in earlier than expected, which was so nice! This place was very easy to find with very clear-cut instructions. We knew exactly what we needed to do. Any questions I had (no matter the time), were answered promptly. One thing we had planned for was having some microwaveable foods for late-night snacking. The amenities had suggested we had one that we could use. We didn’t notice there wasn’t one in the room until we were late-night snacking. The location of the microwave was super inconvenient. The microwave location was outside of the building in a separate event space that needed another code to get into. Besides this minor detail, this place really was in a great location, with great responsive hostesses.

We had a great time! It was also a quick walk into downtown which made for the perfect location. We will be back!

Perfect place to stay for a girls get away. Accommodations and service were exceptional. We will definitely return for future getaways.

This was the perfect spot for a quick girl’s retreat! Check-in was a breeze, we had everything we needed, beds were incredibly comfy, and everything was within walking distance. We would stay here again if we return to Hermann.
