Cozy home located 5 minutes away from the Ga National Fairgrounds Ag Center, 9 miles from Guardian Center & Sandler Corp,15 minutes from Robins AFB. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. All bedrooms and living room have cable tv access. Home is readily equipped with necessities for lodging. There is plenty of parking space. Owners are nearby and available for any questions, concerns or needed assistance. Absolutely no smoking-$400. Absolutely no pets-$200 fee per pet. Two nights stay minimum. Our cozy home sits on 1 1/2 acres with plenty of yard space in a quiet neighborhood. We like guests who fit in and stay to themselves without drawing attention to the home. Due to our location, you can travel to nearby areas in Perry as well as Warner Robins. You’ll enjoy the serene atmosphere and details of the home to relax and enjoy your stay.

Monica’s place provided my husband and I everything we needed! As an added bonus, there is the spacious back yard which backs up to the woods, where we enjoyed getting our steps in! The home is cozy, spacious and clean! For us, this was the right choice and we hope to stay again!
This was the perfect place for my family to stay for my son's wedding in Perry. There was enough room for everyone and the house was very clean. It was in a very quiet and beautiful area. Monica was always quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the Perry area.

Located 5 minutes from downtown Perry, which is filled with quaint shopping areas, popular restaurants such as the Swanson, Oil Lamp, Yoder's Sandwich Shoppe, Ichiban Grill, MRS Peggy's Chicken Seafood, Couple of Jerks Soda Shop, Bodega Brewery, the Perry Historical Museum, parks and so much more!
Being that it is a fairly small town, there is little to no congestion on surrounding roadways. Downtown Perry is best explored on foot.
