Appartement à l’étage du domicile des propriétaires, l’équipement de la cuisine peut être amélioré mais pour le reste il est fonctionnel, agréable avec sa terrasse. La piscine a été laissée à notre usage exclusif. La localisation est bonne pour rayonner en Istrie.

The hosting family lives in the ground floor and the rental unit is on the 1st floor. There you have everything you need to spend your holidays. The furniture and the kitchenware is modest but serves its purpose. Fridge is rather big and has a freezer section below. The stove is combined gas and electric. There is a little TV with netflix app. The balcony with furniture is a plus to enjoy breakfast or dinner outside! Do not forget to get mosquito repellent because they bite hard in there (lol) Marko and Matea really care about privacy. You will not notice they live there. The only noises you will hear around are the neighbor driving the little tractor in and out and the dog they have barking very rarely. We wanted to grill meat and Marko was very kind to chop some wood to lit up the coal in bbq grill. Peroj is perfect to have real holidays away from the noise of a big city. You are literally in the middle of the country side away from cars and people. It is like time travelling to the 90s. The nearest beach is 1km away from the property, Portic's Beach. The walk to the beach is better to do it by car or bike because the road is a bit narrow and sometimes you must step aside in case 2 cars are coming in different directions. All the beaches are not crowded (Sept 2022), are dog friendly(most of them), are plenty of free parking places and have a little bar to get a snack or a drink. From Portic's beach there is a promenade that leads you to Fazana, the biggest city in the area, where you can enjoy a meal in a restaurant, exchange your currency into Kunas, eat an ice cream and stock up groceries. Plodine supermarket is the biggest shop in the area, and to be honest it would make sense to drive to Lidl in Pula, 13kms away, because it will make you save lots of money. There is a little grocery store, bakery and tobacco kiosk in Peroj which can save you from driving to Fazana. Also, a fishmonger is selling fresh fish everyday from 8am to 9.30am. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Peroj and would definitely come back again. PS: The exact location is "Apartman 100 c"

Great apartment with a view on the sea and countryside. Everything you need, and fantastic location especially with bikes as you can cycle easily to Fazana. Hosts are lovely, and very welcoming and happy to do anything to improve your stay, and take all suggestions on board. The children enjoyed the swimming pool which was for our own private use. We would definitely go back again next time we visit Croatia.
