Susan was an extremely friendly and responsive host, her husband met us on arrival and was very friendly and showed us round the property and was very informative, the place was as described and very spacious. Lovely view of the river and well situated with the Ferry pub and other shops just a few minutes walk away, There were a few thick cobwebs we noticed In hard to reach places and above the extractor, but other than this the place was very clean. I feel the addition of some other cooking utensils, a spatula and wooden spoon for instance, would have been a nice addition but we made do. In general the property was very well supplied with everything, cleaning product and toiletries etc, and the supplied dressing gown and slippers was a really nice touch. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely spacious ground floor flat with beautiful views. Full of character and everything had been thought of. Bed very comfy and towels great quality. Perfect location for exploring nearby Liverpool. We got the commuter ferry (10 min walk) to Liverpool which costs £2.10 return. The local pub was handy too (2min walk) Susan was very friendly and helpful.

Susan is a great host and this is a very special spot with fantastic views over the Mersey and to Liverpool. You are in walking distance of the ferry should you wish to visit the city, or you can stroll along the promenade to New Brighton. The apartment is clean and comfortable and fully kitted out which is very useful. We stayed with our small baby and have made some lovely memories. Thanks again Susan and Daryl!

My husband, our little baby boy and I loved Susan and Daryl’s lush apartment! The rooms were cosy, clean and comfortable! Both Susan and Daryl were very accommodating, and went the extra mile to make it comfortable for our newborn. Their apartment is so beautiful right next to the beach and we watched the ships go by! At night the city lights illuminate the view and it feels amazing to breathe in the fresh sea air! I absolutely loved the coffee machine and all the amenities that was provided was useful for us especially the tumble dryer! Great parking area, albeit residential but plenty spots to park around the apartment. Our stay in Wallasey was amazing and both the hosts made it extra special so thank you so much both, and hope to visit again one day :)
