It was perfect for what I needed

This place was better then the tiny homes in the resort. It had a gate around the property and small green area. AC in the home works great. Nice addition was the cable tv once we finished playing in the river we would watch tv with the kids.

The location was close to Quartzsite where we were visiting the Rock and Gem Shows. It was a close walk to River. The price was a bit high for the size of the unit. However, it was nice to have a porch and a fenced yard.

A bit further away from river Than I thought it would be. Difficult carrying everything Needed from place to river
