James is absolutely the BEST! I left a few personal items behind and he was so kind to mail them to me . We had such a wonder stay ! I especially enjoyed having my morning coffee outside . It was so peaceful and relaxing! Everything was very clean and organized. Accommodates three adults perfectly.

James' place was perfect for our sister weekend we planned. As soon as we walked in we all looked at each other and smiled. It was cozy, clean and SO cute. Pretty sure he has thought of everything that may be needed and more for anyone's stay there. . We had no issues getting to and from anywhere we we went to. Very easy access to the main roads. I would recommend this to anyone planning on staying in the Kansas City area and will book it again if I am. Thank you again James!!!

James was spectacular, replied to texts within minutes! The house was immaculate, the patio pleasant. Safe residential neighborhood, parking available in the driveway. James even gave us a package of chocolate chip cookies!

Great location for our plans at Hollywood Casino and shopping and eating at The Legends. James was a great communicator after high winds knocked the electricity out for almost 12 hours. Clean and nice back porch for relaxing. Nice place and would stay here again.

Beware that this house lists “separate entrance” but the owner is downstairs frequently. Can always hear doorknobs and garage door opening (including at 4:30 am) throughout the day, making it overall feel unsafe and we had no privacy. Personal belongings and food were opened and it was not clean or kempt. Location was so-so and beds were not comfortable. Lighting was not ideal- lots of dead or very dim lighting. I truly wish the listing was accurate as we wouldn’t have stayed here.
