We really enjoyed our stay. Heather was an amazing host and our room was filled with extra goodies that you wouldn't normally find in an AirBnB such as: mints on the pillow, snacks and incidentials in the bathroom. The Outside Inn is hands down an upscale glamping experience just outside of San Diego. We booked our trip knowing this, but I am pointing this out for people unfamiliar with the area. It is approx. 25 minutes away from downtown. Perfect getaway for our 6 year olds birthday. Animals are friendly and well taken care of. Also, i will say this farm is VERY clean. Your studio ia right near the farm area, and there is no odor from the farm. Very impressed with the upkeep of the grounds.

We stayed at the Outside Inn for a 1 night stay with our 2 year old to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Heather is an excellent communicator, was very accommodating and helped us make the most of our short stay. We had a blast and enjoyed being with the animals, especially my wife and daughter, and had a great time in the pool the afternoon and following morning before checkout. After putting our daughter to bed, my wife and I had wine by the pool and enjoyed star gazing and caught a few shooting stars, stragglers from the previous night's meteor shower. It was a special way to celebrate our anniversary and spend quality time. The studio is stunning, very much our style and captures our love for travel and the outdoors. My wife wanted to move in, ha! We were all very comfortable and surprised at the food that was available to us in the fridge and deep freezer - frozen pizza, salmon, and other goodies. We are locals and this was an amazing way to get away locally with minimal prep and have a great time with our toddler. We can't wait to return regularly!

Absolutely wonderful experience!! My family had a great trip!!! Heather is just delightful. We felt right at home. We loved visiting with the animals, enjoying the hot tub, and riding the Kawasaki around the property. Not to mention the echo set up in our room...my daughter must have asked Alexa to play Old Town Road about a dozen times. Hahaha We’ve stayed in multiple Airbnb’s and this was the best experience we’ve ever had. Thank you Heather & Greg!! And Chris, too, for chatting with us about the kittens. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you Heather!!

This is my second time back at Heather's Airbnb, and it always exceeds our expectations. She is thoughtful and communicative. We love the quaint farm experience that the Outside Inn provides. Always appreciate her hospitality, and we will definitely be back soooon!
