Compact clean apartment in close proximity to beaches and old town. Parking at premises was a great bonus. Helpful owner. Air conditioning in main bedroom and fan in second bedroom.

Pino and his wife are very welcoming to respectful people, and the appartement is really close by foot to the port, supermarkets, restaurants, and city center. Rovinj and neighboring towns on the coast are lovely to visit, with many cool activities like biking, sea kayak, submarine, etc. :) We arrived to Pino Appartment a bit early and everything was ready. We appreciated the parking spot, protecting the car from the sun. The kitchen and bathroom are not huge, but there is all the equipment you may need, including towels and a hair dryer. 😊 The aircon in the double bed room was working well. Thank you for your kindness and good advice, we hope to come back soon!!!

Rosana is part of an agency, the Owner of the aprtment is a couple, that greated us very well, but i wasn't happy with the apartment they gave me. On my reservation with Rosana i've been VERY EXPLICIT, i needed the fist floor apartment and i wanted to book that, this was the only reason why i choose this flat. At my arrival, the couple told me i have the ground floor, and builded up some excuses about why i couldn't get the first floor..."it wasn't on the market" "you get what you've payed for" "the fisrt floor costs more" treated me like an idiot, like it was my mistake. The privacy is inexistent there, even if you have the keys, they come inside the apartment "tidy up" beds and towels, something i didn't ask because if i choose an apertment i would like to have the exclusivity during my stay. Otherwise i will choose a hotel. In the morning there was no privacy on the terrace, during breakfast as there was always someone sweeping the floor. The flat is clean and tidy overall.
