"Parking on Premises" was added to the listing so it can be searchable by my guests. My driveway is not available for use but there is always readily parking across the street. This is my home... not a sterile apt./house that is used as an illegal motel /firetrap as some do in the area. I live on the premises and enjoy hosting so I ask that you be respectful and treat my home as your own. You will find that staying with me is like staying with family...the ones you like of course! The room is in the back of the house and faces a large private park where you can go sit on the benches and take in some fresh air and nature. You can also pick your favorite seat on the deck as well and have a quiet glass of wine amongst the birds and the flowers. The deck and the kitchen table/counter are the only spaces that you will share with my other listing, IF you even see them. The room provides a place where you can catch up on your sleep or work in peace. There are also room darkening curtains when you want to sleep in after a day of exploring NY. The room has personal items stored here so please be respectful and do not touch. The bathroom is un-congested, very clean and only shared with me and possibly 1 other guest on the floor. This room is for single travelers only as it has a twin bed. Room is 8'10" X 15'9" Note: You must be able to walk up stairs. There are 5 steps to the front door and another 19 steps to the room. I have a reliable and trustworthy driver if you need an airport pick up or other commuting needs. Just give him 24hr advance notice to arrange. What are you waiting for? Come and enjoy! I also have a separate self contained suite with private bath called a "Suite Piece of Heaven." It is 2 floors down from where you will be.
