The location and the price are by far the best features of this room. If you expect a lot, you will be disappointed. The room is claustrophobic and almost completely dark at midday. It is very humid and feels like a basement, but the A/C helps. It's poorly equipped and basically only a place to sleep. You are offered two cups (not very clean) and NO CUTLERY OR PLATES. You can't even clean the cups yourself because there is no dish soap or sponge. The refrigerator is small, but works well. The bathroom was fine, the shower a bit small, but in the end it serves it's purpose. The sink is too small to fit a half litre bottle, so you can't fill your water bottles (luckily Onofrio's fountain solves that problem). There is a severe lack of places to put your things. The closet is huge, but offers only hangers and no shelves. The little table is dominated by a platter with things. We ended up putting our things on the floor or the bed. All this would have earned a 4 star rating because when you take the price into consideration it is okay. But when we were supposed to check out, NO ONE showed up. The number provided was disconnected and there was no one to contact (we even asked the other tenants). During check in the lady said we could keep our luggage inside until our flight, but with this situation we couldn't do that. So we left the keys in the room and found a luggage storage. All in all, the room served its purpose, but we were in no way comfortable there.
