I definitely recommend this place! The apartment is spacious, very cozy and warm(!!!), which is really important in winter time. The fully equipped kitchen makes it suitable for long period stays - lots of useful staff. The bed is comfy. The location is good, and everything you'll need is quite close. The host Giorgi was super responsive and helpful, big thanks to him and his place :)

Giorgi’s apartment made me happy as soon as we arrived, as it had 2 (!) balconies looking on different sides and both with stunning views. And an additional point went to the bathroom window (it has a special shading sticker, though, all’s decent). There’s plenty of room for 2 people, and I guess even 4 will feel comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and everything works fine. The bed is very comfortable even for a picky back like mine. All was clean and nice. The apartment is located in a quiet part of the town, 2 steps from a children’s slope and ski lift. The Kokhta lift is a bit further, maybe, 15 minutes on foot, but it’s possible to catch a free bus. There are a few shops nearby, some of them work 24h, and there are a couple of nice restaurants, so you won’t stay hungry. The center of Bakuriani is 20 minutes away on foot. There’s plenty of fun there. Giorgi himself is a super host, responsive and ready to help with any questions! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Мы жили неделю. Все понравилось. Немного озадачило отсутствие туалетной бумаги и традиционного отельного набора средств для ванной (мыло, шампунь), но это мелочи которые легко решаются в ближайшем магазине. И на кухне не хватало половника и терки для овощей. В остальном все замечательно. Мы отлично провели время!)
