Overall, the place is okay for a BASIC stay (warm clean comfortable bed, a hot shower), with a gas station & small mart just outside. We were largely comfortable but the price is too steep for what we got. It felt like little care or thought was put into the experience. The place was mostly clean but needs improvement (there were cobwebs and dust/bits on the floor). There are 2 showers, but only 1 had hot water... Pipes are old so water was rusty and had an unpleasant smell. Kitchen lacked basics (we only had salt, a small bit of olive oil). Some coffee/tea/pepper would be nice. Cooking pans and pots really need replacing. There were A LOT of mosquitoes so we could not sit on the deck. The deck & kitchen also overlooked the neighbours plot so we mostly kept the curtains shut for privacy. The fireplace also could not be used.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient amount of space and location to visit Yosemite. Pros: Responsive and informative owner, extra space for a family to enjoy their vacation, comfy beds, clean bedding, full kitchen with basics provided, great laundry. Recommended changes: Add a big outdoor mat, entrance floor mat and bench at entrance to be able to clean off and take off boots easily to keep house cleaner, provide soap dispensers with only liquid soap, the added water to the pumps made it hard to clean, check towels for new guests - most were clean - two were dirty and tattered. Provide some plastic containers for leftovers. We enjoyed preparing food for the park and had a hard time storing leftovers. Thanks! We would recommend the rental to friends.

This home was perfectly located 10 minutes away from town where there are a variety of restaurants and shops. At night, we got a beautiful sight of so many stars right outside the patio. The pool table was a fun addition. We definitely enjoyed our stay here!
