Had a fantastic stay at Matthews stylish little apartment! Needed a place to stay for a couple nights while coming into town for some concerts. The place exceeded my expectations. Decorated well but not overwhelming to the space. It was easy to settle in and get comfortable. Clean and had all the necessities for my stay. The only downside was the parking but it's about what you'd expect in a Capitol Hill neighborhood. Walkable to some great restaurants, shops, parks and public transportation. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment with modern furniture just a few minute walk from the main street. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and beautifully floral area. Residential area was very quiet and clean. Matthew even left out a full brita for us to use. I appreciated his work in making our stay enjoyable

This place was amazing! it was very spacious and had everything you could need. It was within walkable distance to Broadway, but enough out of the way that it was not loud. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the decorating style. I would certainly book this place again.!
