Pros- Downtown, secured parking, easy access, spacious Cons - Appliances, cabinets, shower and carpet could use a good cleaning. There was no coffee maker, only instant coffee. Barstools are too short for the bar, there is no where to eat meals comfortably. The bed is a Murphy bed, the mattress is very thin.

My cousin and I had a fantastic time here. We met the owner, Gwen, as she was assisting me with getting through the front door. She was very informative and gave great tips and places to eat and surrounding areas. The home was clean, looked just like the photos. The location is super convenient. You can pretty much walk 15 minutes and you’re at Pikes Place and great restaurants/attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was great: clean, cute, and in a great location. We found it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and to Pike Place from here. Our only issue was with checking in--the building's touchscreen, on which we needed to enter a code to initially enter the building, was broken. So we had to wait about an hour after we arrived for the owner to arrive with a backup key and let us in (afterwards we used a key fob/garage clicker that was in the apartment to get in the building). However, the owner was responsive and came right away to help, which we really appreciated.

Heater kept turning on and no AC was in place. Unit was up to 80 degrees at one point. The host texted us to attach the portable AC unit to the window.. we did so but the heater kept kicking on automatically on the unit. Parking space is in a very inconvenient spot with a pole. Hard to get in and out.
