Really enjoyed my stay in Punta Gorda! Lovely home with the space we needed for 3-4 adults! Loved the view of the lake and fresh breeze from the lanai! Very clean! Kitchen was fully equipped and washer & dryer in the condo made everything VERY convenient. Great location near the historic area and harbor! Don't miss the downtown Saturday morning Farmer's Market and beautiful walking/biking paths in Punta Gorda!

Chrissy’s place was in a good location, very clean, and short drive away from all amenities. She was very quick to respond to my messages. We explored all the beautiful south west FL islands as we stayed there a month.

Let’s first start off by appreciating and acknowledging the scenery of this beautiful location! My boyfriend and I were competing at the convention center near by so it was not only super convenient but a blessing in disguise. The environment was so peaceful and the views from the balcony were gorgeous. Every morning we were fortunate enough to see the sunrise right in front of our bedroom. We extended our stay because of how amazing the stay was. Chrissy, the owner of this beautiful home, also helped make this stay super such a memorable one. We look forward to the next one !

Chrissy has a wonderfully comfortable condo that is centrally located to Punta Gorda' Fisherman's Village, Port Charlotte, Englewood Beach and many other beaches up and down the gulf coast. It is near good shopping facilities and great golf corses. The condo is comfortable furnished and lacks no amenities. Many towels, extra pillows, hand soaps, shower gel, washer and dryer with detergent furnished and plenty cooking utensils. All you really need to bring is your own food if you plan to cook. The best thing is the view over the lake, turtles, shorebirds and ducks and watching the son come up behind the lake every morning. Will definitely try to stay there again if we come back to this area. Wonderfully caring landlords who do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
