Decent place to stay while in the city. Was on location for a project, and it was fairly close to local attractions, and right around the corner from a shopping center.

The apartment suited us perfectly and the host was very attentive to ensure our arrival and stay went smoothly. Very quiet and natural place. Great location. View of the swimming pool. Perfect for our family. THANKS

We stayed here for a whole summer and had a great time. The balcony overlooks the pool, and being on the top second floor felt secure. Kenneth was very responsive, checking in from time to time. The space was clean. Location was ideal — ~20 mins to Plano and ~15 mins to downtown Dallas. Grocery stores were within walking distance around the corner. Overall, this was a stress-free, solid Airbnb! Highly recommend for 1-2 people.

The place looks good as in picutures once you are able to get to it. The problem was just getting to it. Host did not send me the gate code or the apartment code even after 4 emails, attemps to contact via phone. I landed in Dallas, and had to wait at the airport while AirB&B support contacted the host. That itself was so bad. Finally I did get the codes but imagine my stress sitting at the airport, alreayd out of $$ and not sure if I could even stay there. My rental car was being delivered to the address too. It messed up my stay pretty much from the start. Then once I got the the place, the directions are useless. This apartment building is in a very large complex with no clear directions on how to get to the building. I had to walk aound with my luggage in the hot sun and finally located the building. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, then had to carry my luggage upstiairs. None of the delivery people can find the apartment either, Instancart, doordash, no one. So from that prespective, I will not stay there again. Parking spot is hard to find too. It is a designated spot but good luck finding it. Even the uber driver could not find the building and worst part is that the complex door don't automatically open when a car approches it from inside the complex. You need the clicker which was provided but If you are taking an Uber, you are not going to carry the clicker with you. When I was leaving the rental, I called an uber, but of couse the gates would not open, so I had to walk to the main gate with my luggage, wait for a resident to come in or exit so I could cross the gate to get to the uber again in the hot sun. For that reason, I would not recommend this rental. Too many complications. Now for the inside: It had mosquites flying around and bit me everywhere. The TV had no remote The place does not have a full lenght mirror even in the large closet. There is no light over the bathtub. Once you draw the curtian it is pretty dark behind it. The floors were dirty/dusty. My feet turned black with the dust since I fogot to bring my home slippers. Good things: It was quiet The bed was comfortable The separate work area was nice What would have made the stay better would have been timely communication from the host on how to get inside. It is not worth the stress to wait an hour at the airport while AirB&B support contacts the host.
