I lived at Ethan's place from June 9, 23 to February 9th,24 . I'm a native I lived there as my home went under renovation. it was a very comfortable place to live. Ethan was very attentive, and accommodating... four stars there is room for correction. overall it was a nice stay.

This house is absolutely amazing everything you will need for your time in NOLA! Super close to French quarters the whole weekend we was there i didn’t pay over $20 for a Uber XL ride from the house to French quarters the showers was amazing the beds super comfortable and it’s a duplex so of course you may here people walking upstairs but what’s the big deal the people who stayed upstairs from us was super friendly very polite people and we all happen to be from the same area but definitely book this house it’s amazing

It was a really great stay. House was fully stocked with towels, soap, etc. Only issue was the batteries were dead on the thermostat so it was hot the first day/night. Other than that, rooms were spacious, beds were comfy. I would stay again and definitely recommend this property.
