We stayed at Rhonda’s cottage for Jazz Fest 2022. Location was perfect to the festival and many restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The cottage is very cute & extremely clean. Rhonda was very responsive and gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome. I would highly recommend.

This is great little house in a quiet, safe and calm neighborhood, parking is right there, beds are comfy as is the whole house Expect the unexpected, You will find no salt/pepper, but you will find a wine cooler!, you will find no coffee/coffee maker but there will be an air fryer! Lot's of pots and pans of all stripes, but no cooking oils or condiments....so go prepared if you like those things. A TV in every room !! but no reading lamp. Also, if you are sensitive to scent diffusers , you will have to unplug a few upon arrival.

We had a super Mardi Gras stay at Rhonda's house -- very comfortable and pleasant in a quiet residential neighbourhood not too far away from the centre. Bus lines 51 & 52 pass nearby, though we figured out eventually that traffic and street parking 8 to 10 blocks away from parade routes wasn't really a problem. Though we didn't meet Rhonda, she was very responsive to my questions and all procedures were seamless and easy. We turned on the heating as it was a cold week, and found that it was difficult to keep the living room area warm at night without making the bedrooms very hot when doors are closed. Leaving doors open and turning on ceiling fans in the bedroom helped considerably.

Perfect location, perfect balance of cozy/Louisiana touch. It has everything basic you would need. The neighborhood was safe. Would defiantly stay here again. Thank you!
