Really enjoyed the stay here. First and most importantly, it's a safe neighborhood. It's a nice area, only a short walk from City Park. The place was very spacious and clean. Really enjoyed my stay. Ronnell was quick and very responsive to any of my needs. Excellent value for the price you're paying. At times, you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking around or the water running in the pipes from their usage. There were a handful of things around the house that could use some tweaking, just to name a couple - the shower curtain rings had rust, making you have to gives a little tug to open and close. One of the doors in the house was a little warped, not letting you shut it all the way. There were some other small things like this. While slightly annoying, these things didn't bother me too much. Just sharing as constructive criticism. It's nothing to take away from the deserved five star rating.

This duplex is in a great neighborhood that felt safe and had plenty of things to do within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here especially if its your first time visiting New Orleans.

It was a nice peaceful home. Very comfortable and relaxing and most important feels like home when you walk in. I highly recommend this, I know I’ll be back and will be renting it out again soon.
