Sam was a super host for my 1st ever Air bnb stay. She's a lovely friendly lady who made me feel at home straight away. Very chatty and communicative. Lola, her dog is super friendly and came up to see me a few times for a stroke! My room was very nice, with everything I needed, even tea, coffee and biscuits. The double bed was really comfy and Sam even provided an electric blanket and hot water bottle, if needed. A great bathroom was next door to my room. The house is only a bus ride from Tunbridge Wells ( if no car) but a bit of a walk to the bus stop, so don't carry anything too heavy. There are some great shops and restaurants around.

Fantastic host and location! Sam is very informative about other guests and places to eat etc can see why she has so many good reviews! Top host with a top spec room. It’s a no brainier if you need a room then choose Sam!

Sam was WONDERFUL! Had a long journey and Sam was very receptive of my needs. The place was exactly as described. Had communicated with Sam a few times before I arrived and always responded quickly and efficiently. On arrival Sam gave me a guided tour and even though she was busy working from home , she took the time to listen to me , working out my needs and helping me in my plans, I felt no pressure ( even thought she was working) and I felt bad as I had no idea and poured out my problems., taking up much much of her valuable time. , Very informative about the local area. I felt very comfortable and at home. Although Sam was beyond helpful , she had the canny knack of reading a person, so super helpful, if required and backing off if not needed , so definitely not infringing on your personal space. I would love to write a bad review ( so I have her all to myself) but that is not fair. I am DEFINITELY returning soon.
