We were really excited to stay at Shashi's place but there were a few issues that put a damper on our stay. Upon check-in the front desk couldn't find the keys to the apartment. Apprently, our room was given away so they had to give us another one of Shashi's apartments which was identical to the first, but the mix up tacked on an additional 40 min of waiting until we could get into the apartment. Once we got into the apartment we realized that all of the info we were sent for wifi, etc was for the original room we were assigned & so we had to go back to the front desk to get the correct information. The apartment also wasnt the cleanest (there were stains on the sheets) & we lacked some of the basics (enough wash cloths, tissue paper, papertowel, etc). However, to Shashi's credit she apologized & immediately sent someone the next day to clean & restock. Overall the view was amazing, great location and while the host was very responsive to our issues we probably wouldn't stay again.
