Olav and his lovely wife were such kind and attentive hosts. It is obvious they take pride in their ancestral home and in being great hosts. We were greeted with a tasty cider and basket of apples from a tree on the property. There were fresh flowers in nearly every room and a fire burning in the stove to keep the place toasty warm. The home has all the amenities one needs. The beds are comfortable. The views are absolutely stunning! The home is pretty well located to reach all that the area has to offer. I would highly recommend staying here and I hope to come back some day!

Olav and Magnhild clearly put all of their love into this house. They were very helpful & attentive hosts. The house itself is newly renovated on the inside and contains everything you might need. The view is gorgeous, truly one of a kind. The location made it easy to drive to scenic spots + there was a grocery store only 10 minutes away. We’re missing it already!

Olav is one of the best hosts that I have ever met. He was waiting for us to welcome to his property, showing and explaining about the house and things to do in the area. The most friendly and welcoming person by far! As well, the communication with Olav were very easy and he was always available! Thank you Olav for s great stay! The property is around 10-15 min from the city Stryn with amazing view to the fjord! The house is huge and well equipped with all man needs. I will definitely will come back in my next trip!
