I stayed for nearly a month. Very clean and high speed wifi which I needed for work. Bed was very comfortable. Decent location, I recommend nearby Pizzania and Garahe Burger restaurants. The convenience store in the complex was useful for grabbing water/snacks. The rooftop pool was drained and appeared to be under repair so that was a bummer. The gym was small but I was fine with treadmill and dumbbells. The unit AC was great except about a week into my stay it started to leak and I had to leave towels on the floor to soak up the water. The host was able to call maintenance for me and get it fixed quickly. The shower was spacious and good water pressure but it had lukewarm temperature even with the water heater on. I often shivered coming out of the shower but I got used to it. I was provided two towels and had to pay 150php for two replacement towels. I expected to have housekeeping with new towels/sheets for a near-1mo stay but oh well. Overall I recommend and would stay here again!

très bel appartement avec une vue sensationnelle. deux facette de Manille, un côté populaire et un autre côté plus " europeen" avec des centres commerciaux restaurant supermarché... piscine top salle de sport du 55 ieme très minimaliste mais celle à côté de la piscine est génial grande... personnel toujours sympathique. Raymond et sa femme toujours réactif et de bons conseils. je recommande fortement ce logement
