Fourth Bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, ceiling fan and TV. There's a half bathroom in the hallway as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. Kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and is fully equipped for cooking full meals. The front area of this unit has large sliding doors that show off a great unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. In this area there are two separate dining tables that will seat up to twelve guests; 16 guests including the breakfast bar. There's also a pool table and board games to choose from for some indoor entertainment. Living room has a large entertainment center, cozy but spacious seating, windows with Gulf view as well as the large balcony with dining tables and a spiral staircase that leads to the pool and the Gulf at the level just below. Complex has a shared space with gas grills, shared refrigerator and freezer combo on the ground level, beach bar tiki hut that faces the pool. Plenty of sun loungers by the pool, tiki hut dining tables, private beach area has sun loungers that can be taken up to the surf each day, we just request that they are brought back at the end of each day. Parking is under the building and this unit comes with 3 parking spaces.
