This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Vacation Home is nestled in the old growth fir trees and has a landscaped garden featured in Sunset Magazine. Enjoy views from large outdoor deck and the covered gazebo complete with fire pit. This comfortable lakefront home with a private dock is the perfect getaway for up to 7 people. Gib's landing is the perfect spot to enjoy the coast. Close to the world-famous Florence dunes and charming coastal towns like Yachats and Seal Rock. Outdoor adventure includes, sand-boarding, canoeing/kayaking/power boating, hiking miles of trails, beachcombing, photography, fishing, clamming, crabbing, sand dunes, and storm watching. Also enjoy our coastal culture of art galleries, fine dining, bars, and casino. We are 10 minutes away from cute Bay Street dining and shopping. The serene setting of the lake and beautiful sunsets of orange, gold, and pink are the perfect way to relax and wind down the day of play on the Oregon coast. A large deck and gazebo overlooking the forest and lake are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while taking in the sights and sounds of Mercer Lake. One kayak is provided along with a canoe. Feel free to bring your canoes and paddleboards and enjoy the waters of Mercer Lake. Test your skills, fishing for that trophy bass, perch, trout, or fish for salmon and steelhead in the ocean or numerous nearby rivers and estuaries. It is all here and more. This single-level home is all about comfort, and views - a fireplace, and a full kitchen with amenities to prepare most of your favorite meals. The dining, living areas , and bedrooms open up to views of the lake and offer plenty of room for your entire group to relax and enjoy this Mercer Lake gem. No pets. No Smoking. No large party's.

What a special place to visit. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything to cook at home. The balcony was my kids favorite spot to sit in the sun and talk. The yard and outside area were truly magical. The lake was serene and so fun to use the paddle boards, canoe and kayak. Only 15 min to grocery store and great restaurants. It was a perfect spot to explore the coast from Florence to Newport and all the beaches in between. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We will definitely be back.
Lakefront living at its finest. This home has a beautifully landscaped property with a gentle slope leading you down to the dock situated in a serene cove. The water is calm and the temperature to swim is ideal. The house has two paddleboards, a canoe and a kayak to explore the lake with. The house has a nice layout that worked great for our family of six adults. The furnishings were updated, and the living room space worked great for games and reading in the evening. We spent the majority of our time on the spacious deck overlooking the water or hanging out on the dock on the water. The kitchen is very well stocked. We highly recommend this home and are already planning our next visit.
Gib's Landing is all we had hoped for. A lovely, comfortable house with everything you could need. The beds are comfy and the common space is well set up for a group. The kitchen was very well stocked, and works well for multiple cooks to create meals together. The views from the deck made morning coffee a joy, and the gazebo is magical for happy hour. We made great use of the canoe, kayak and paddle boards enjoying the tranquil lake. We were a group ranging from 2 to 70 years old, and everyone had a great time. Thank you and we would absolutely return.

Located on one of the best lakes in the area, the house is private and serene. Set back from private paved road with large driveway for parking. Quiet neighborhood.
Plenty of parking for 4 cars. There is a taxi service in town but you need a private vehicle to get around.
