We absolutely loved our stay at The Beach House! When I booked, I included that I am disabled and use a wheelchair sometimes. The host immediately reached out to me to go over how many stairs were in their home and that the beach wouldn’t currently be very accessible due to storm. She included pictures. We decided to go ahead with the booking and are pleased we did! We enjoyed meals cooked in the beautiful, well equipped kitchen. We ate our meals family style at the large dining table lit by candles and soothed by the sound of the ocean and their sound system. I loved the jetted tub in the master bath and soaked away all my stress. The kids loved everything downstairs and we had many epic ping pong battles. Accessibility wise, this is a split entry home with several stairs to get to the front door. Once on the main floor, I was able to use my wheelchair upstairs, only negotiating one step. The master bath was very accessible. I would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I had such a nice stay! The rooms were comfortable and clean. Very cozy living room with the fireplace and a nice TV with surround sound. They have one of the more well stocked kitchens. The house is perfect for families with kids, the bunk room was awesome. The view from the house was amazing. The house had great beach access! We would definitely book there again.

Like others said, Jen and Paul’s place was so clean and fresh - especially for a house that allows dogs and is right on the beach! The location could not have been more perfect. Such a great home for families! The garage was well stocked with beach amenities, chairs, and even rain boots! The linens and towels were fresh, clean and plentiful. And the kitchen had everything we could ever have needed! The natural light upstairs during the day was just so lovely. Jen was so responsive and helpful in her communications before our arrival and answered all our questions quickly and she was so friendly. We will absolutely keep this listing in our back pocket for the future. 10/10 recommend!

This was our second stay in this beach house, and it was memorable in many ways. The big ice storm hit the night we arrived. While we didn’t have any ice in Waldport, it was cold rainy, and windy, and we had two extended power outages. Due to the icy road conditions, we couldn’t get home on Monday, as planned, and ended up staying two extra nights. We bundled up, kept the gas log fireplace going to stay warm, cooked on the BBQ and spent many hours playing games and reading by candlelight. Jennifer was a terrific host—concerned about how we were faring, responding quickly when I needed to communicate with her, and very supportive when we needed to stay 2 extra nights. The house is perfect for our needs (6 adults and 3 grandkids ages 8-12). The playroom gives the kids their own play space, but they also love playing in the sand right out the back door. I can’t say enough good things about her as a host, and we love this house.
