AC unit stopped working right after I felt pleased about the place 2nd week into Aug. Till today AC is not repaired. Poor guest that’s sharing the place right now having them living there with extreme heat like a 3rd world country. She Never got to fix the problem. Refunding partial $ was easy for her to get away from the issue. Everything was going great till that AC broke in the middle of extreme heat especially on the 2nd floor where the sun hits the room. Lots of stray cats 🐈‍⬛ roaming around and relieving themselves on the lawn like a big litter box leaving the awful stench behind. Other than those 2 issues everything went well. Martha never decided to retain me as a guest. Not on top of resolving issues…Not communicant. Oh well I’m at a better spot for now! 👍🏼

Great home for a traveling nurse!! This was very peaceful and I enjoyed my stay. It was nice to have the bathroom to myself
