Nice house and room. Could only give a 4 rating due to A/C problems for 6 days with temperatures over 95 and 100. It couldn’t be fixed so we were finally furnished with a portable A/C that was adequate but still not as cool as desired. Martha and Brian are nice, friendly hosts. Other than the A/C issue everything was excellent.

Great place! The en suite bathroom was so useful! It’s on the ground floor but the blinds were pretty good! Roommates were quiet. Right next to the laundry room but you couldn’t really hear much. Kitchen was fully loaded with everything you could need to cook! 2 fridges and a freezer. Great place to stay as a med student for a month! Safe area. Quiet neighborhood

The room was pretty quiet and private and the bathroom was clean. Plenty of storage with the closet and dresser. Location was great with close to the freeway. I would recommend anyone staying in the area to book here.

Martha's place is perfect for a long time stay as a travel nurse. The house is set up with every kitchen ammenity, full kitchen to include dishwasher and high end stainless steel appliances with gas stove. Bedroom is percectly sized, clean and comfortable. My own bathroom to use modern and updated. Roomates are quiet and respectful. Quiet and safe neighborhood in north Stockton aka Morada. Raleys grocery store, Starbucks, ice cream and sushi shop within walking distance. Sprouts grocery store and 2 brewpubs within 5 miles drive to Lodi.

This place is a prime time location for anyone who travels to work. House was clean and quiet. All guest are respectful of each other space. Close to the freeway. Would definitely stay again.
