PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REMOVE YOUR SHOES BEFORE WALKING ON THE CARPET. These are some of the rules that guests need to follow during their stay; Guests are not allowed to have more people than what they mentioned (10 guests) The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and neighbors are very sensitive, so guests should keep the noise down at all times during their stay and especially during the quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am. Guests are not allowed to park more than 6 cars at the property and 6 is only allowed if they park 2 cars in the front , 2 cars in the back, and only 2 in the street. Based on previous experiences, violating any of the above rules will cause the neighbors to call the authorities (Police Department) and will cause immediate eviction from the premises with no refunds. Please note that since we don’t charge extra for additional guests we only provide bedding and towels for the same amount of beds, and also always double check the number of beds as some guests mistake the amount beds with the sofa beds however sofa beds won’t come with beddings. Please note that guests can only have 1 bag of garbage per night of their stay and if your total trash after cleaning exceeds that guests will be charged $20/for each extra trash bag. Also, make sure not to contaminate the recycle ♻️ bin with trash. please make sure that everyone removes their shoes inside.
