This is not a bare boned rental. Every attention to detail has been given. It odd more beautiful in person than the photos can show. We arrived late at night on a holiday and there was food for the morning, which was incredibly thoughtful. There were games, soft rugs, and bean bags for my kids to settle into. There are gorgeous live plants, high quality throw pillows, and electric candles for a cozy mood. It was also spotless and clean, with more than enough dishes and towels for a large group. The host was helpful and attentive while still being hands off. She was also accommodating of guests coming over, and easy to work with. Multiple children have asked to come back. We 100% would and will stay here again. For reference: our family of 8 (+3 cousins who spent the night a few times) were all comfortable. There are futons, but the younger kids opted for folding the available padding in half on the floor next to a bed rather than being in a different room on a futon. I recommend!

What a great spot to stay! We did a 5 week stay in Richland and our first Air BnB did not work out so last minute we were able to book Spring’s place! Spring was so accommodating for the last minute booking and was so helpful the entire time. There’s lots of game and books for kiddos, everything was spotlessly clean, and communication was great! If we ever came back to Tri-cities, we would absolutely stay here again!

Nice comfortable place. Very roomy and clean. Pictures matched and very updated. Stayed there for a month for work and was very comfortable.

Spring has been a wonderful host. We have extended our stay twice and she has been wonderful to deal with. Great communication. The house is lovely. And definitely a great place to stay at if you want to feel at home away from home.
