What I like about Patrice and Rain is that they were helpful and responsive with my inquiries especially before my arrival in Canada. They always checked on me regarding my stay which I appreciate. Their place is tidy and cozy, and the location is in the center of everything (walking distance to Downtown, colleges, grocery stores, and bus stop). I really felt at home during my stay. I had the chance to meet Rain, and he was a very good host. He told me about the area where I can find groceries, food, tourist spots, etc. and even extended help on my other personal queries. I recommend their place if you need a beautiful place to stay in Kingston.

I stayed at Patrice and Rain’s place while working at the university. There wasn’t much nearby, but there were food and coffee places within a 15 minute work. I’d hope to stay again if I ever return to Kingston.

Had cameras in the common areas made comments about leaving A blanket out on the couch as it was cold. The front door lock was super hard to get into.
