Be advised that you're rolling the dice on a 1500 ILS a night stay, they take no responsibility to notify you of a major disturbance happening next door, and they're anything but honest. First of all Oren is not the host and we had no communication with him after the reservation. I spoke with the host Hagit upon making the reservation, and stressed the importance of peace and quiet for us, we were getting away from the city for a long vacation, and I was promised a very quiet location. We arrived on the eve of a holiday going into a long weekend, so the beginning was just as we expected. But to our surprise when the week started we discovered that the adjacent neighbors are doing major construction in their yard , which the unit is directly overlooking. After speaking with the workers there we found that the work started before we arrived, so the hosts actively hid this information from us! I understand they don't control what their neighbors do, but if the guest specifies that quiet is very important for them - they should have *disclosed* that there's a disturbance next door and give us the opportunity to book a different place. We tried to resolve the issue with the hosts Hagit and Asher. They were out the entre day, and finally in the evening got back to us. After a long conversation (in which they said we were trying to scam them!) they finally agreed to let us leave early and refund us for the 2 nights remaining. But after adding Oren to the conversation - he claimed that he can't do it on his side (which is a lie), and that we should "open a request with air bnb to whom we paid are are taking a handsome commission to resolve those issues" and left the conversation without any notice. We knew they were lying, but didn't want to spend another moment in the house with them, so we left anyway. He later refused to give us a full refund for those 2 nights.

When we first arrived we were welcomed kindly, we were shown on how to use the jacuzzi and everything, the place was really quiet, view is perfect, the place was sparkling clean, overall everything was really good and we had a lot of fun, the thing I loved the most was the jacuzzi, it was wonderful and big, very comfortable.

This is a nice room with a good view. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive, and the place was clean and well set-up for hosting. It was a special treat to be able to eat fruit off of the trees in the nicely-kept yard. Although the place is connected to another home, our stay was very quiet and we enjoyed the scenery. Also note that there are other homes below this one which have light that impacts the view, and some rooftops, but overall it's a nice location and you do feel fairly removed.
