位置真的很便利，下楼就是地铁站和轮渡。 但是靠近码头，一直都有很亮的灯光和轰鸣声，晚上并不安静。 卫生间和厨房的设施陈旧，洗碗机不好用，有一间卫生间漏水，我们是在入住后才得到通知的，说第二天来修，但是在我们入住期间并没有修过。

Below average. Spacious but has a run-down vibe. Not very clean. Super unresponsive hosts (weird because they're a company-- the office, where you have to go pick up the keys, is a 10 minute walk). I messaged photos of the grime on the floor and walls on our first day and no one responded until I showed up in person. (Walls and floors remained the same throughout stay.) Weird place. 2nd bath missing shower curtain. Hosts don't seem like they care much at all. There are plenty of hotels around for a similar price.

Very convenient location, beautiful view out of the windows (a bit noisy with boats coming at night). Clean place.

This place is an absolute must The view is amazing of the harbor And beds were so comfortable Walking distance to just about everything I can’t say enough about this place I would come back and rent from him and this place

Great location with beautiful views. Clean and had all the basics we needed. Would totally stay here again!
