Studio located in small street near the city centre it’s quite at night and 10 min walk from the lake and main streets. Comfortable sleep with very noisy air conditioner in my opinion. Host has good English but we had to ask for a small things which were missing or unclear.

We had a great stay at Lam's place. The room matched the description. It was a large room with high ceiling, a small deck seating area outside, and a separate bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. It suited our needs perfectly. The bathroom was slightly dated, but clean. The girls downstairs, Ngan and Han could not have been more helpful and informative. They booked taxis and a floating market tour for us, which was totally fantastic, and gave us lots of really helpful information with regard to eating places and local markets. They really were amazing and their helpfulness made a huge difference to our stay in Can Tho. Thank you so much. We had a great time, and the stay was good value for money.

Très agréable séjour dans le logement de Lam. Appartement bien situé avec dans le quartier de bons restaurants et une food street delicieuse. Les personnes qui travaillent dans la laverie sous l appartement sont d'une grande gentillesse, très souriants . J en garderai un très bon souvenir

Lam présente son logement comme un hôtel boutique alors qu’il s’agit d’un homestay qu’elle n’entretient pas. Il y avait de la moisissure sur le mur de la chambre ce qui dégageait une odeur constante, des coups de peinture blanche sur celle qui est verte, etc. Une des prises électrique était à découvert, le frigo était sale et le balcon ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos, tout comme le reste d’ailleurs. La salle bain était aussi dans un état questionnable. Le ventilateur était sale, comme le lavabo, les murs. Pour avoir accès à notre chambre, on devait passer dans une buanderie. Nous sommes loin de l’hôtel boutique réservé. De plus, il est écrit que le déjeuner est compris et qu’il y a des vélos à notre disposition. En fait, il n’avait rien de cela. Quand nous avons demandé une compensation, Lam n’a rien offert et cela a été long avant qu’elle ne réponde. Je ne recommande pas du tout l’endroit qui offre une fausse représentation. J’ai l’impression de mettre fait floué complètement.

This is a homestay, the room is on the 1st floor above the laundromat (stairs, no elevator). It has a good bathroom next door to the bedroom, which is very large and well-airconditioned. The location is great for walking around to the various interesting sites, waterways and markets in Can Tho. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and coffee shops, easy to access on foot. The place is marked on the street as 'EMERALD HOMESTAY' - using this name for location/map/taxi apps makes it easier to find. The young women staff were fabulous, helpful with advice about what to do and see in Can Tho, where to eat and shop, and they helped with booking bus tickets and directing me to the nearby bus stop. Highly recommend staying here!
