We only stayed here on night but wish we could have stayed longer! The room and bathroom were spotless and the bed sheets were of high quality! We had a fantastic night sleep as there was no noise. The vegetarian restaurant below also serves delish food at a fair price and has a nice garden area where yo7 can sit - thank you for a lovely stay

They gave us the different room, which was cheaper than we booked. and they didn't clean it well because the room was not ready. There was no hot water at all. After all that, they gave us only 10% money back for compensation.

Very nice room. It’s clean and well equipped. My family loves the restaurant (in the same building). The staffs are extremely kind, friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Great service! Keep it up 👍

Here are some pros and cons of choosing this place as your temporary home while on vacation: PROS: -it’s tucked away on a small, quiet street so you don’t hear the constant traffic noise -Vietnamese is a culture that is big on karaoke; luckily, so far we did not hear any karaoke noises from the neighbors -the bathroom is very spacious and it is a step away from the bedroom so it offers a lot of privacy -the room itself is very spacious as well with 2 beds -it has a very nice balcony with a hammock CONS: -there is no elevator in the building. So our room is on the 3rd floor and carrying suitcases up and down wasn’t fun -there is no hot water in the bathroom (but since the weather is hot as well, so hot water isn’t needed, but it would have been nice if we do have hot water) -the owner is NOT responsive via Airbnb messaging. The best way to ask them for things you need is to go down to the restaurant and ask the staff for essential items
